When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, and any dates or message details you provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.

2. How We Use It

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and, where you proceed with a booking, to manage that booking and any related corporate invoicing.

3. Third-Party Processors

Enquiry form submissions are processed via a third-party form service (Web3Forms) which relays the submission to our email inbox. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell or share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and booking-related data only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil a booking, or meet legal/accounting record-keeping requirements.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at info@sekaranresidency.com.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile captcha on the enquiry form may set a technical cookie required for spam protection to function.
