Cancellation & Refund Policy

The values below follow the standard tiered-cancellation model used by comparable Indian business hotels (e.g. Treebo's 24-hour free-cancellation window) rather than blank placeholders, so the page reads as finished — the owner should still confirm or adjust the exact windows and percentages (task 4.10 in the project task list) before this page is considered final.

1. Room Bookings

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in: full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: 50% refund.
• No-shows: no refund.

2. Conference & Party Hall Bookings

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date receive a full refund of any deposit paid; cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. These terms may differ from room-booking terms above and are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a booking, contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or at info@sekaranresidency.com, quoting your booking details.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may offer rescheduling in place of a refund, at our discretion.
