Is Sekaran Residency suitable for family or leisure stays, not just business?
Yes — while we're minutes from the ELCOT SEZ / OMR IT corridor and popular with corporate travelers, the spacious rooms and on-site café work just as well for family visits to Chennai.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, on-site parking is available for guests. Let us know if you're arriving by car when you enquire.

What ID proof do I need at check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is required for every guest. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
